Dr. Bydalek (Dr.B) opened his general dental practice on August 13, 1990, in Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA). Since then it's grown to be a staple in the township, serving the dental needs of Horsham and the surrounding areas, including Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties. The practice has matured from one treatment room, to the current 4 chair, 1,600 square foot building.

The philosophy of the practice is dedication to both the patients and the
profession of dentistry. You cannot have one without the other, they are
synergistically connected.  Dr. B graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry (renamed Kornberg School of Dentistry...Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), in May of 1989, with a DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree.  Following dental school, he was accepted into the General Practice Dental Residency program at Muhlenberg Hospital Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Upon completion of the GPR, he opened his solo dental practice in 1990.

He's a member of many professional organizations; the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the American College of Dentists (ACD) and the International College of Dentists (ICD). He's been an Associate Dental Surgeon of Abington Hospital (Abington, Pennsylvania).

In the fall of 2011, he was inducted into the International College of Dentists (ICD) in Las Vegas, which is the oldest and largest worldwide honorary dental organization established in 1920. This recognition follows on the heals of two other major achievements; in the summer of 1996, at the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) annual meeting in Portland, Oregon, Dr. B earned the Fellowship award (FAGD). In 2007, Dr. B became a fellow in the American College of Dentist (ACD) , while in San Francisco. The ACD was founded in 1920.

Currently he serves as Chairperson for the national ICD-USA Section's Fellowship Orientation Program Committee.  He's also Treasurer for the  USA Section's Foundation. Past Chair of IT Committee.

Dr. Bydalek served many positions in the AGD (PAGD) early in his dental career; He was Chair of the AGD's Technology and Web Use Council. He has served as Regional Director for Region 3, which is Pennsylvania, and placed the PAGD on the internet in 1998, being it's first webmaster. He also has served on the PAGD Board of Directors, was Membership Chairperson for 2 years, Treasurer for 3 years, and Secretary for 5 years. At the national AGD level he's served on the Internet Council, the Communications Council and later chaired the Communications Council from 2005-2007.

He lectures at the Kornberg (Temple) School of Dentistry's graduate "Advanced Education in General Dentistry" (AEGD) program.

He's an active coach with family members various sports programs (basketball, soccer) and supports charitable activities (school and community) throughout the surrounding areas. His wife is active in community issues/projects.

Dr. Bydalek's father is a retired Air Force dentist and has an older brother (Mark) practicing dentistry in Sergeantsville, New Jersey (609.397.8833).
