Dr. Bydalek is a general dentist, with his focus on the cosmetic, restorative and preventive aspects of dentistry. As a general dentist he treats the young child to the retired individual.
Many facets of dentistry are addressed. Using up-to-date techniques, Dr. B renders treatment for all types of dentistry; crowns, ceramic onlays, root canals, dentures, bonding, porcelain veneers, aesthetic posterior composites...on and on. He attends many continuing dental education courses to make sure his techniques are the most prudent.
Options are always discussed with the patient to determine which course of action they feel will best treat their dental needs. The key to today's dentistry is that the patient has choices on what treatment they receive. Dr. Bydalek's role to his patients is two-fold; dental educator and dentist.
Besides offering up-to-date treatment sevices, Dr. Bydalek's office has a stringent infection control policy. These procedures meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by the American Dental Association and the Center for Disease Control. The sterilization process is monitored by a third party.
We make every attempt to keep our schedule running on time. The office is aware of how precious time is, so waiting in the reception room is not the norm. On rare occasions, events happen which are out of Dr. Bydalek' control and he gets backed up (emergencies, treatment complications...), but these are unusual. The entire office team understand how today's hectic schedules do not foster disposable time, so while he expects his patients to be on time, he and the office strive to do the same!
In 2002, the office added both an upgrade to it's intraoral picture capabilities and introduced to the patients the latest in Dexis digital radiography, both intraoral x-rays and panoramic x-rays.
In early 2003, the office introduced the latest in dental technology, CEREC 3. This computer CAD generated ceramic tooth colored restorative material allows SINGLE VISIT appointments for tooth crowns and inlays. Having been refined in Europe and America over the last 15 years, we now can provide this service to our patient's. A "MUST SEE"! Now in 3-D!
2004 we acquired mutiple laser devices which allow for EARLY, interceptive cavity diagnosis and upgraded intra-oral cameras.
And finally, Dr. Bydalek is very appreciative of the referrals his office recieves from his patients. He understands the confidence that his patients place in his hands. One of many ways he says thanks, is by having an "Ocean City and You" contest.
